Heat gently using a double boiler, tempering machine, or controlled melt system until fully fluid.
Recommended working temperature: 40–45 °C (104–113 °F)

Ensure the ice cream or frozen item is fully solid and completely dry—no moisture, frost, or condensation.
Dipping: Submerge the frozen product and allow excess coating to drip off.
Pouring / Drizzling: Apply using nozzles, ladles, or automated spray systems.
The coating will firm up within seconds. Immediately transfer coated items back to the deep freezer to stabilize the shell.
Storage conditions: Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture.
Ambient range: 16–24 °C (do not refrigerate prior to melting).
Shelf life: Up to 24 months (or as per manufacturer specification).
After opening: Reseal tightly to prevent moisture uptake and maintain product quality.
